Competitions through which a voucher is won are valid for 30 days and can only be used by the person who was drawn (nominative voucher).

Regarding goods won through a competition, there is no exchange or return after receipt of said goods (shoes, accessories, clothing or other).

ARTICLE 19 - DISCOUNT VOUCHER / DISCOUNT COUPON

The use of a voucher or discount coupon made available to customers is limited to one use per person. Any person using multiple vouchers will have the order other than the initial order with the discount coupon cancelled.
